95-7 THE BEAR/KZBR-FM (Country) San Francisco, CA. Host of the morning show 5am-9am.  Assistant Program Director.  Imaging Director.   Responsible for writing, producing and conceptualizing with the program director including all imaging and execution for the station. Developed the morning show from a solo performer and developed it into a morning team.  Overcoming the challenge of the team members being located in different studios, across town.  Took on the challenge of bringing country music back to the Bay Area.  The Bear was the first new major market country station of the 21st Century.  In just over 6 months we scored the highest shares country had achieved the bay in 10 years.  Low cume combined with a lack of marketing left the station vulnerable to Arbitron wobbles, which led to it’s demise.  Top 10 ranking Females 25-54  Fall 2004. 104-3 THE COYOTE / KCYE-FM (Country) Las Vegas, NV Host of the morning show 5am-10am.  Assistant Program Director.    Sixth sign on challenge of my career.  Trained co-host with no morning show experience to become very capable partner within six weeks.  Oversaw technical refit of studios to provide working environment for personality radio.  Upper management restructuring led to the termination of Program Director after 42 days.  Assumed oversight of station operation as Acting Program Director during companies search for replacement.  Moved ratings from 19th  to 9th place ranking with persons 25-54 Fall 2005.  Ranked 8th Winter 2006 displacing Country leaders morning show placing them at 11th from 2nd in the market.  2nd Program Director eroded these gains before being released.  KCYE, Beasley Broadcasting Group, Las Vegas, NV 89119
